I see a directory called "urchin" in my ftp account, what is it for? This directory stores your website statistics, they can be accessed with your browser through this address: http://yourname.silverpark.net/urchin/ How can I change my email password? You need to create a file called ".htpasswd", which stores your users and their encrypted passwords, and one called ".htaccess" which stores information about if and how the directory this file is placed in will be protected.
